How Does An Estate Sale Work? Southern Belle provides all of the resources needed to Sort, Clean, Organize, Display, Research, Price, Advertise and Sell the contents of an Estate or Sale.  Our goal is to provide an enjoyable, secure and profitable sale experience from start to finish.  Typically, we will start working in the home 1 to 2 weeks prior to the sale depending on the amount of work to be done.  We will bring in tables, a small display case for jewelry, etc as needed and any additional items needed for setup.

How Far In Advance Do I Need To Book An Estate Sale? It is recommended that you book 4 to 6 weeks prior to sale but sometimes we can take sales on short notice, so please contact us and we can discuss your specific needs and check our scheduling calendar.

What Kind Of things Do You Sell?  We sell it all!!!!  Any  household or personal items found in the home or garage, including garden items, clothing, kitchen items, furniture and autos.

What Is Your Commission? Southern Belle charges a commission of the gross sales of the total estate sales proceeds.  Commission fees are paid out of the sale proceeds.  We do not charge any upfront fees.
